Media and Digital Services Disclaimer

Sixmic Media provides media production, digital content, creative, and related services. Sixmic Media does not provide legal, financial, real estate brokerage, compliance, or regulatory services. You remain solely responsible for compliance with applicable laws and agreements.

Intellectual Property Rights

All Services, Content, and associated materials are owned by Sixmic Media or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

You may use the Services only for personal or internal business use unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation is prohibited.

Trademarks
Sixmic Media names, logos, designs, and branding are protected trademarks. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Licenses

License to You

Indemnification

Third Party Services

The Services may include links or integrations with third party services. Sixmic Media is not responsible for third party content, policies, or practices.

Arbitration and Waiver of Jury Trial

All disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Services shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association and governed by the laws of the State of New York. You waive the right to a jury trial and class actions.

Equitable Relief

Sixmic Media may seek injunctive relief to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.

Digital Millennium Copyright Act

If you believe content infringes copyright, contact us with proper notice. Repeat infringers may have access terminated.

Miscellaneous

Independent Contractors
The parties are independent contractors. No partnership or agency relationship is created.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.

Severability
If any provision is unenforceable, remaining provisions remain in effect.

Entire Agreement
These Terms and referenced policies constitute the entire agreement regarding the Services.
